Litchfield Mysterious Object To Remain Mystery

Remember that mysterious object that I told you about two weeks ago? The glowing-green, whale-sized object that fell from the sky in Litchfield, CT?  Well it sounds like that object is going to remain a mystery as Connecticut officials and legislators apparently have no official plans to investigate.

The Litchfield County Times is reporting on the apparent lack of action in investigating this incident. Apparently, one of the eye witnesses who phoned the incident into State Police at the Troop L barracks in Litchfield, did not remain on the scene and has not come forward since making the call. Officials seem to think that without the eye-witness pointing out the splash-down spot on the lake, an investigation would be pointless.

State Sen. Andrew Roraback is quoted in The Litchfield County Times article as saying, “To the best of my knowledge, there are not any ongoing efforts to retrieve whatever it was, and my hope is that this summer scuba divers will take an active interest in trying to solve this mystery.” “We have added this to the list of life’s unanswered questions.”

Mysterious Object Falls From Sky in Connecticut

The town of Litchfield, CT, has a real-life X-File on their hands. This past Tuesday, around 2am, a state trooper and another person reported a large object falling out of the sky in Litchfield, which is located in the North-West corner of the state. The object was described as being the size of a whale, green and glowing. The witnesses thought the item landed in Bantam Lake and the fire department was called to the scene to investigate. Nothing was found and the search was called off. The item remains a mystery.

The Real Face of the Gay Agenda

We have been hearing how gay marriage will destroy American society and now we have a picture of the harbingers of our demise.

gay-marriage

Phyllis Siegel, 76, and Connie Kopelov, 84, were the first same-sex couple to get married in Manhattan over the weekend when marriage equality became legal in NY. Yes, these two little old ladies are what all the fuss from the radical religious has been over. Lock your doors folks because the one in the wheelchair is probably making a beeline to grab your kids while they sleep.

Beacon NY, A Footloose Town for Pinball

Beacon, NY in Dutchess County recently shut down the Retro Arcade Museum because it had  pinball machines on the premises. Apparently pinball machines were outlawed back in the middle of the 20th century because law-makers thought pinball arcades were fronts for mob operations.

The current town council is trying to change these antiquated laws to allow the arcade to reopen.

Heat Wave

One of my least favorite aspects of life in NYC was the summer. We didn’t need a heat wave to make life uncomfortable – all that concrete and glass could easily turn a typical hot day into a sweaty mess, especially if your day began by waiting 10 minutes on a subway platform. Gross.

Even though I’m just a few hours north of the city now, the weather is dynamically different. One thing is for sure, if it’s hotter than hell up here, it must be ungodly hot in the city right now.

So for all my friends sweating in NYC, here’s a little ditty from Marilyn Monroe, Heat Wave!
