Last week, Gizmodo posted the following picture, which put to rest all the wild speculation (yes, for real) over where R2-D2 was in the latest Star Trek movie.
Worst cameo ever
George Lucas’s special effects company did the effects for Star Trek and intentionally placed R2 in the film. Over the summer, when the movie was in theaters, a FaceBook contest was held in which correctly spotting R2 could win you some props (movie items not a TV shotout) from Star Trek. The nerdnets went crazy with people posting R2 sightings.

This week, Adam Lambert’s Career. Did you see his performance on the American Music Awards last night? WTF? Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for a crotch-in-the-face musical number with plenty of guy-on-guy action. But Lambert’s performance was just bizarre, uninteresting and left me feeling icky afterwards like the first (last and only) time I went to a live Rocky Horror Picture performance.

I promised myself that I wasn’t going to pay any attention to that wretched individual’s Sarah Palin’s latest pathetic attempt to stay relevant and so far, I’ve kept that promise. However, I just couldn’t pass up the following video without sharing with you.
Its a cleverly edited clip from Palin’s interview with Oprah and it’s probably the closest thing to the truth to ever come out of her mouth.
